- Contact us by email/phone and arrange a free quote.
- One of our sales team will take some outline measurements of the proposed site & develop an understanding of your requirements.
- This information is sent to our design team and they will produce an initial CAD drawing of your Sunroom or Conservatory.
- Approximately 1 week after the site visit you will receive the CAD drawing and a detailed quotation by post.
- When you are happy with the design and wish to proceed, the customer contract is signed by both parties. 25% deposit is due at this stage.
- A professional survey is then carried out by a qualified surveyor. This more detailed survey is used by the builder and factory to prefabricate your sunroom or conservatory off site.
- Within approximately 2 weeks of signing your contract, the foundations and basework begin. This will take 3 to 5 days to complete depending on your design.
- Between weeks 4-6 your prefabricated sunroom or conservatory will arrive in kit form. A further 65% is payable at this point. Most conservatories will be fitted within 24 hours; sunrooms will be waterproof within 3 days.
- Between weeks 5-8 the builders return to complete the second fix.
- Once any final snags have been resolved and you are completely happy with the build, the remaining 10% is due.
