Technical Information about our conservatories & sunrooms:
- All of our Sunrooms are supplied with a certificate stating that your new building complies with all current regulations.
- We use a unique steel portal system prefabricated off site to speed up the build process & reduce disruption for our customers. Because we use engineer specified steel to support our roofs we can match the tiled roof on your new Extension or Sunroom to your existing. We do not use light weight imitation tiles or slate
- Craft Contracts Ld. use Consort Window frames & highly insulated glass achieving a 1.1 u-value.
- We use 80mm Kingspan foil back insulation in the bases of all of our Extensions Conservatories & Sunrooms
- Construction time of Sunrooms & Conservatories, approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
- Craft Contracts Ltd. provides excellent finish sand many optional extras including tongued and grooved vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, self cleaning glass and external lighting.
- Visits to other completed sites are encouraged & references supplied on request.
- All tradesmen are employed directly by Craft Contracts Ltd., which gives the customer more control.
